by gloATL
(photo and short film by Carlton Mackey)
Highlighting “inter-human” relationships between natural systems and everyday urban life, float is a a new site work in the form of a whimsical, communal foot gathering doused with the 1956 child’s film “The Red Balloon”.
FLOAT is an Art on the Beltline commission.
